Today I had my oil changed at this branch. The service took only about 10–15 minutes. The cost was $126 + tax= $143. In August 2025, I paid $117 at the Jiffy Lube Markham branch, which means the price has increased by about 20%. I understand that the cost of oil and other expenses has gone up since last year. Overall, I was satisfied with the service at Jiffy Lube. The staff were efficient and friendly the service was quick and professional. This branch has a specious waiting area with coffee machine.
No decency and poor customer service
I stopped by Jiffy Lube for a quick service, but what stood out most was the customer service. Kal, Ali, and Marcus went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. What I appreciated most was that they actually took the time to explain things without trying to upsell me or make me feel like I needed work I didn't. That's hard to find these days. Other place service too much better and cheaper . I recommend people don't go to 11352 yonge st it charge more than other places .
