I've been coming here for 9 years! Excellent friendly service, no BS. Kal, the owner, is also a Master Mechanic. Most honest mechanic I've ever found! Kal even came to my house to give my car a boost when my battery was dying. That is service above and beyond!!! 5 STARS!
I went in to change my cabin filter and the issue I had previously mentioned to them was not solved with the change. I came back to get more information and they were of no help. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Worst service ever. I'm never coming back here again!!!! Scammers, they cut corners. They say they checked everything on their checklist. Total BS. Never checked my tire pressure. Never checked engine air filter or cabin filter. I had to ask them, lol. All they did is change the oil, and I don't even know if they even changed the oil filter. Never check the lights or signals. I had both of my cars serviced here within the past few months, and both developed the same stabilizer link issue shortly after. One car had the stabilizer link replaced here last winter, but recently started making the same noise again, only months after the repair. I suspect the part they installed or the workmanship was poor, as the problem returned so soon. I have gone to this Jiffy Lube for the past 7 years with getting oil changes, buying new tires, changing turn signal bulbs etc. Today an engine light came on unexpectedly. I pulled in to see if they could clear the code with their diagnostic tool. (It may be the gas cap not tightened which triggered the engine light)The worker who was there wanted $50 just to plug in the machine in the dashboard. Definitely not coming back here.
