Nice guys but holy hell they tighten the oil filter on so tight it wad unbelievable, if I had to do another oil change on my road trip on the side of the road I would have been in trouble
Today I visited Jiffy Lube in Whitehorse YT. for an oil change for my Toyota Tacoma. Not only did Jerry do a superb job , he checked my Cabin air filter, recommended a new one, which had never been done on my 14 year old Toyota. Alexander was exemplary in customer satisfaction, he installed the cabin air filter and also two new windshield washer blades. I’ve never received customer service like this in Whitehorse. I will be back to Jiffy Lube.

Finally got fed up with the dealership ringing me for just an oil change. Took it here and I thought this might be the best jiffy lube I’ve ever been to. Fast, efficient, clean, and told me the exact price I will be paying, for just the service I asked for. Not, it may be this or that bs you get from the dealership service dept. Keep up the great work Whitehorse Jiffy Lube!
Jiffy Lube Whitehorse is great. Gurpreet was amazing this guy needs a raise, he checked my cabin air filter that had never been changed before and helped our family breath easier. Thanks Graham the manger for amazing service.
