please do NOT take your vehicle to this location especially, we brought our subaru crosstrek in for a simple oil change june 3rd 2024, the downstairs tech drained our transmission thinking it was the front diff check plug, then stripped the plug when attempting to put it back in,(the tech and manager lied about what happened when i asked what happened because i could hear yelling and panic from below) our vehicle was towed to a mechanic in town where jiffy lube said all they were willing to pay for was it to be retapped, the... read more
Horrible service. First the shield guard was not secure. Fell off, then had to go to the Ford dealership to get proper bolts etc. The guy at the Ford dealership ordered 17 proper bolts. Cost me $$$$ but reassured me a refund for bolts not used. The jiffy guy used 7, kept 10 and then called me a liar. Then said he was management. Why would I make things up when I have a receipt to get a refund for unused parts from the Ford dealership. So everyone check to make sure the job is done properly.
Very friendly service. Explained everything as they were going. Will be taking my other vehicle in soon.
