On September 19th we had the oil changed on my 2009 Pontiac g-8. We have brought this car for oil changes here since we purchased it. We also have a truck and a minivan serviced here as well. Always without incident until this time. The oil filter was replaced but not tightened sufficiently. Over the course of a week it managed to loosen enough to lose 2 litres of oil. please do NOT take your vehicle to this location especially, we brought our subaru crosstrek in for a simple oil change june 3rd 2024, the downstairs tech drained our transmission thinking it was the front diff check plug, then stripped the plug when attempting to put it back in,(the tech and manager lied about what happened when i asked what happened because i could hear yelling and panic from below) our vehicle was towed to a mechanic in town where jiffy lube said all they were willing to pay for was it to be retapped, the... read more
