Stopped in for an oil change as this is where I usually go and the staff there used to be very friendly. Went in last week and the guy up top didnt say hello and was not very kind or welcoming. Made me feel like I somehow ruined his day. Paid $180 for an oil change, I noticed this week there is an offer online (from March to May) for money off and was not informed on which I feel if there is an offer, you should at least been informed by the staff to get your money off - its a coupon for just jiffy lube.
