Always thorough with service and the longest wait was about 20 minutes. Also with two bays going sometimes the one I line up on takes a bit longer and I might not get in when a second customer shows up and gets in first as the staff can't really ensure it's first come first serve with multiple bays and customers waiting which is fine
Very slow. Sat for over 1/2 hour and then another guy pulls up and they put him through first. Will not use this location again.
I recently visited to jiffy lube for a routine oil change, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service and incompetence. The staff seemed disorganized, and the communication was lacking. However, the biggest issue was that they installed the WRONG OIL FILTER in my vehicle! As a customer, I expect a basic level of competence and care when entrusting my vehicle to a repair shop. Jiffy lube failed to meet these expectations.
