Do not recommend!! They will mess up your vehicle and blame it on other people. First occurrence was them stripping my bolts on my truck, when I took my truck else where they noticed the bolts were stripped and jiffy lube was the only place I would take my truck for an oil change, second occurrence my mom took her vehicle to get an oil change and the messed up her fan belt! Always thorough with service and the longest wait was about 20 minutes. Also with two bays going sometimes the one I line up on takes a bit longer and I might not get in when a second customer shows up and gets in first as the staff can't really ensure it's first come first serve with multiple bays and customers waiting which is fine
Very slow. Sat for over 1/2 hour and then another guy pulls up and they put him through first. Will not use this location again.
I recently visited to jiffy lube for a routine oil change, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service and incompetence. The staff seemed disorganized, and the communication was lacking. However, the biggest issue was that they installed the WRONG OIL FILTER in my vehicle! As a customer, I expect a basic level of competence and care when entrusting my vehicle to a repair shop. Jiffy lube failed to meet these expectations.
