Excellent experience at Jiffy Lube Huntsville. Oil light went off and I asked them if I should get a full change or just a top up. They checked my last service date and said to simply just get a top up. And then, they didn’t even charge me. I fully expected a $20 or $30 nominal charge. Great crew there.
Absolutely disgusted that I sat here for over an hour waiting for someone to open the place! Your hours say Saturday 8am to 3pm. Nobody was there! No stars is more like it. Will never come back
1st time here and FANTASTIC service!! Pulled up yesterday and there were 3 cars in front of me, a kind gentleman greeted me and told me they were a bit short staffed and would get me in shortly, within 20 minutes I was the next in line, they pulled me into the shop and informed me they were going to just take a short break for some water. Hi everyone my name is josh I started working at jiffy lobe for 2 weeks now I've been told I was getting paid this Thursday and still haven't been paid I've been told its a weekly pay I have been trying to contact the owner cory at the huntsville jiffy lobe but he's been ignoring me since 6:19 am this morning and a few other employees have left the job because of the fact of not being paid on time now I have gone to the labor bored with this and they have given me a time limit for them to get me my pay check or I'm going to ... read more
