Was quoted at time of oil change in shop $120 total plus tax when they were done got bill for $242, young kid said it was because we had to outsource your oil no mention of that in shop. Can get it done anywhere for $100 less. Won't be back and will be posting on social media

My friend had an oil change done at jiffy lube Huntsville and shortly after his oil light came on. He asked me to have a look in my garage and there was zero oil on dipstick. A further check under the truck showed oil all over the undercarriage and the oil filter so loose it wiggled when checked for tightness. 2023 Silverado with less than 30,000 kms.
