I had called initially asking about pricing and stuff, before she did anything she went through the check list from the other location and gave me options due to limited budget. So it was very helpful. Kind and helpful, knowledgable. Made quick work of the stuff the other location is not equipped to do. Very calm and reassuring that only the absolute necessary stuff got done. Nothing extra, no hidden charges where I wouldn't be able to afford. This review is for Manny, had to use another account to do his review, but it's still me. Watching Manny working on my vehicle effortlessly was amazing. Even though we've still got stuff to come back in for today, he did alot of work and snuck me in for an hour's appointment which probably took longer (can't keep track of time to save my life) but did everything that was absolutely priority yesterday and we're coming back in today for the final appointment. 5 Stars! my wipers flew off (i guess i didn't install them properly) and we were on road trip, took a quick stop at jiffy lube and these guys put new wipers on for me. Even checked all my fluid levels and my tire pressures for no charge. Thank you so much guys, my go to stop when i am crossing chilliwack.
