I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for oil changes for years and have generally had good experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. GO TO THIS LOCATION AT UR OWN RISK‼️ Owners customer service is horrible. Doesn't even care to solve the issue. Over tightened oil plug and wrong filter. No point in going to save 30 mins opposed to a mechanic shop
