It should be 10 stars! I've been going to this location for many years. It just keeps getting better. The employees treat you no different if you have an old beater or an expensive vehicle. They ask if you want something done to your car or not. The price has barely been raised over the years. There's no shop talk, gossip or 4 letter expletives used amongst them. Got an oil change about a month ago and Douglas and his staff were excellent. Great service, insightful knowledge, and just the type of local business I support. Was my first time there and they have me as a long term customer. Good job.
Do not take your vehicle here. They did tighten my drain plug and now the bottom of my car and garage floor are covered in oil. 6 litres leaked in two weeks. Owner will not claim any responsibility. When I tried to talk about a resolution he told me to leave the garage and wouldn't discuss. What a piece of work! Terrible follow up customer service. Just lost the busines of my five family vehicles.
We were on a road trip to Alberta and as we were driving through Kamloops, we heard a loud weird fan noise under the car. We saw that it looks like it was a partially detached splash guard. We suspect it may have been loose due to a recent oil change I had back home in Victoria. We went to a different automotive store first but we were turned away and so we went to Jiffy Lube.
