Have been there twice now. Service is fantastic. Very thorough. Took the time to explain each step of the process when changing my trani-fluid. Showed me the drain plug no filings. Showed me the old fluid. Put me at ease having bad service in the past with other business’ we pay a lot for the vehicles we own and rely on. Great experience , as soon as I pulled into the bay, the owner personally came over, explained everything, and even asked about my car’s history to better understand it. They changed my oil quickly and checked everything thoroughly. I really appreciated their transparency, they made sure I knew the price before doing anything, and the charges were very reasonable. Professional, honest, and efficient service. Highly recommend.

Very poor. Manager was rude to me and staff. Instead of checking what things they check he just wanted to ask me about each item. When I tried to tell him I did not appreciate being quizzed he did not check anything. Then comes back and tells me I didn't want the check points done. I didn't say that. He said he was just trying to do his job. I agreed so check the things needed and don't just ask me if they are okay. Also a oiled rag was left hanging under my truck. Washer fluid not filled either.
