Just called because I realized I needed to get my oil filter changed. I had changed my oil twice myself and I forgot you need to change the filter as well. When I called to see if they had availability and told him what I needed, the guy started laughing at me and said "that's not how cars work." I already felt dumb for forgetting to change the filter and he just decided to make me feel that much more small. Really wasn't necessary, could've just given me the tip without insulting me.
Really fast, recommended some other features. Very happy with the service
I am glad to have went to this branch, I am not familiar with automotive language, and it is very obvious if they have profiled me already, but the staff here did not take advantage of this!!! They are helpful and attentive, they give you information and not force you to dip into your pocket - they try to savce you money if they can - I did not catch the name of the initial guy that assisted me, but the one who attended to my vehicle I believe his name is Jeveen - thank you for restoring my faith in humanity esp. in an autos... read more
