I am glad to have went to this branch, I am not familiar with automotive language, and it is very obvious if they have profiled me already, but the staff here did not take advantage of this!!! I sat in LINE for over 3 hours to get an oil change in my tires rotated.When I finally got into the garage, they told me that they couldn't do my tires.\nThey only had one season on them all they wanted to do was sell me new ones.
I,ve had a very disappointing experience with this place , i had an oil change done on my new car at this shop , and they cheack air pressure of tyres but when i reached at home i see front both tyres valve cap are missing , and i call to shop they said sorry we forget .i cannot recommand this place to others . They are very unprofessional
The worst part is the lineup some days. They don't have very big dedicated lanes, we just have to drive over a parking lot. However once you get in it's great service and they would normally offer the discount for the next tire change with your receipt.
Management should inform staff not to answer the phone or ask clients to hold of they're too busy with in shop customers to answer the phone. Instead the front end staff being rude and desmissive. Very disappointing experience.
