I was overdue for an oil change, and Carlos and his team at Mr. Jiffy were incredibly helpful, professional, and personable. They also identified a mechanical issue related to my coolant that required attention from a mechanic specializing in European vehicles. 100% recommended. All my oil changes will be here going forward. Came here for the first time today. Aden and Arvinder had excellent communication, and were professional, friendly, and fast. They didn't try to push any sales that I didn't want, just asked if I would like something or not; air filter, cabin filter, etc. "No thanks." "Ok, no problem." Very helpful staff today. I was told I actually didn’t need an oil change and then the staff member showed me how to reset the maintenance error on my car’s computer. Really appreciated the honesty and helpfulness. Would def come back again.
DO NOT come here. The "technician" stripped the thread on my oil drain plug causing oil to leak on my garage floor and requiring repair to my car. They also use the cheapest low-grade Chinese oil filters. On top of that, they will try to upsell you on everything you do not need. Avoid this Jiffy Lube if you like your car.
