Too notch service here. I will definitely return. James provided excellent communication while the crew finished my oil change quickly and professionally. He was personable and greeted me and made me feel like a VIP and informed me of upgrades and offerings without the hard selling. I would highly recommend this location.
If you want good service and caring staff this is your place. I had an issue all of a sudden with my kia leaking oil and they didn't hesitate to check it out and fix it. Even the technician was curious as to why I was having an oil issue and took his own time to look into it and continue to help, even after her had replaced the issue with a new piece. 100% best service and customer service by far
Great service, but I paid twice the amount I do with my mechanic. If I’d been more organized and hadn’t been overdue for an oil change right before a road trip, I’d have gone to my guy. I guess this is what paying for convenience is. Having said that, when I told friends what I paid here, they too said it was outrageous.
I never go again to the jiffy lib I have very bad experiência for the first time!!
