I visited this Jiffy Lube in Chelmsford on June 24th around 4 PM for a routine oil change. My car has been making a strange noise, and I even had a video of the issue to show. (It wasn’t even big problem, other service lube store fixed that in walk in) When I asked about it, a young female employee responded rudely, saying, “We only do oil changes, we’re not mechanics,” in a very dismissive tone.
