I understand that staff can get frustrated when things take longer than expected her name was (kerstin) but I felt the way I was treated was unnecessary. I showed a coupon, but it turned out to be for the wrong location. I apologized and took about 2–4 minutes to find the correct one, and the staff member seemed noticeably annoyed that she had to wait. At the end of the day, $10 is $10, and I was simply trying to use a valid coupon. I would have appreciated a little more patience and better customer service.
