I am a disabled veteran. I cannott stand or sit for more than a few minutes here and there. I went to the Jiffy Lube in Oshkosh wisconsin and parked in their disabled spot. Two Jiffy Lube employees approached my car and told me that I cannot park in the disabled spot becuase it was for Jiffy lube employees only. They starte dto yell and since it was near closing time and I needed a repair i moved my car and hobbled across the parking spot to get service. I went to a different oil change establishment who couldn’t open my skid plate to complete my oil change. I went to Jiffy Lube and Kevin is the manager on the 9th Avenue location. He took my car and personally looked at it. He took the time to explain what was going on under my car, showed me the stripped screws and where the missing pieces.
