August 27, 2025. I was there at Jiffy Lube to change my oil in my car. I went home and looked underneath there. They did not change. The filter was still a dirty filter on there. I went back and I asked for the money back and they gave me my money back and I will never go there for service again. Watch out they do not change your filter. The filter in the picture was supposed to be a new one
I always go to jiffy lube because they're fast and sufficient, today they took extra time because I've had a leak and they fixed up my van really good. Definitely great customer service
