I got an oil change here at march . The other day I checked my dipstick and there was no oil showing on it, which was really concerning. I trusted that the service was done properly, so finding this months later was disappointing. I'm not sure what happened, but I think customers should check their oil level after getting service here.
The customer service at Jiffy Lube was professional and most helpful. Not only were they prompt in service, they addressed additional issues with my vehicle.
Service was excellent! The guys working on my vehicle were kind and polite. Overall a great experience.
