I will never go back to this location. Went today for a basic oil change and I sat for over an hour in the loading bay while only 1 other vehicle was there. I asked for the manager and was told he was off all week. I was told several months ago by the owner I needed my transmission fluid changed and was quoted roughly $200 . I returned this past summer and was then told they don't do this procedure on my Chrysler 300s even after a booked a half day off work. Total frustration. Great service, they even checked if my car had any recalls. Not pushy at all, felt very comfortable the whole time! Love the comfort of being able to stay in my car. Friendly staff, I will definitely return -oil change
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went for an oil change, they convinced me to get an extra service, then did NOT tighten a valve properly and fluid spilled all over my car. This was very clear to my mechanic when I brought it in to service a tire and figure out what was the strange smell coming from my car. Jiffy Lube will not admit to doing anything wrong and will not pay for the damage they caused.
