Not sure if they were having an off day but they really weren’t trying to provide me with service. They refused me service and strongly recommended that I go to my dealership to do my oil change because the screw to the drain tube was stripped and that the dealership should fix it. I found it odd because this place is supposed to be a mechanic shop. A stripped screw should be an easy enough job to resolve. Even myself could do it if I had my toolbox and I’m not a mechanic.
