Changed out a tire for me, performed in timely manner. Oil change, engine flush. High mileage treatment, my oil was clear and clean. Good job.
On the phone and in person, the people who work there were genuinely looking out for the maintenance of my car in the interest of longevity and also showed a sincere interest in my safety… without pitching a sale of any kind. They let me know about simple things I could do to avoid future damage and expenses to my car proactively and the only price I paid was for the price of the alignment I came in for. So helpful and kind and I’ll definitely be going back for future service!
Very friendly and trustworthy. Not trying to upsell tons of add-ons. Michael was very knowledgeable and great to talk with. He also took the time to vacuum my interior and clean the glass at no charge which I wasn't expecting. There's so many automotive service centers in LKW, but this one should be your go-to.
