I over filled my oil after topping off, I came here and the guys helped me take out oil as needed to save my engine. Super nice, and extremely professional.
I went a little while back to this Jiffy Lube and got an oil change done for my audi. I had no problems. The same thing as usual. I get a oil change say some jokes and they talk about how I can come back to get a top off and I do. Now I have come to find out I am no longer able to do that. The manger said because there is not dip stick he will not take a risk and give me a top off. I was never told this and had come with this car 4 or 5 times now.
