I came into this jiffy lube for the first time for an oil change…I have been having some concerns with my oil possibly burning and Jami , the attendant who worked on my oil change, was so patient with all my questions ensuring I knew all the options. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the care of my car. In a day and age where it’s rare to receive great customer service I was impressed and satisfied with my experience today!!
