When my regular spot closed down, I was stressed about finding a new place that I liked . Upon arrival, they made me feel like a queen and took great care of me… even vacuumed the inside and found my lost key I have been looking for. Lol very personable and professional. Went in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube in New Hartford, NY. Friendly and quick service. They do a check on your car and provide a list of suggestions, but no pressure. Nice lounge for a short wait. Did a nice job and had me on my way quickly.
Excellent service, friendly technicians, little on the pricey side it seemed but that could be just a sign of the times.
First time customer and couldn't be happier with my experience. Stopped in for an oil change and the staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. Service was quick and easy! I highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!
