The staff was very friendly and listened to what I needed and recommended appropriate options.
Came in for just an oil change and said that to tech. So much for 15 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I was leaving. Only 1 car in bay next to me and 5 guys working.
The crew from the Jiffy Lube in Magnolia were fantastic! Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and super professional. The facility was clean and comfortable. Easily my best Jiffy Lube experience of all time. I highly recommend the Magnolia Jiffy Lube!
Great service, clean waiting area, and friendly staff!
Came in for a quick oil change. Decided I would get my bulb light replaced - HUGE MISTAKE. Was told the part was being transported and would not take much longer. Wait time ended up being more than 2 hours! Definitely not coming back.
