The staff at the Jiffy Lube located in Magnolia , NJ rendered excellent service, to me on August 29, 2025.I was happy that the staff at this Jiffy Lube, did not make me wait for hours to. receive the oil change, and changing the air filter. They made sure, that I was able to take advantage of their coupon program. The staff also, made me feel comfortable while waiting for my car and extended friendliness and kindness towards me. I had to wait an hour and a half I was told I was getting a tire rotation and yet they never lifted my car off the ground and when I asked them about my tire rotation, they said it’s not on the slip. Very poor customer service and very poor service overall will never go there again. Only giving you one star because zero stars is not available
