Charged $135 for an oil change and tire rotation AFTER a discount of $35 was applied. Should have been suspicious when I saw that there were no prices posted at the front counter. Ripoff!
Staff was very friendly and professional price was great and they had a coupon! I love how they are open later so you can get an oil change after work!
When I called to make an appointment, they were prompt in picking up the phone. They answered all of my questions in a timely matter. Once I got there, they met me at the door. It was 20 minutes and they had everything done to my car plus some installing a headlight. The price was what they quoted me on the phone plus the headlight once I got there and they explained it I am completely satisfied. I will recommend Jiffy Lube at this location. Reece and his colleagues were very helpful when I came in to get help for my car. Spent time explaining to me what the issue was and educating me how that relates to the problem I was having with it. Good customer service and completed the work relatively quick at a reasonable price.
