I entered my vehicle, 2023 Audi Q5 on their website for the cost of an oil change. It said the cost was $114. I went in gave them my card for the oil change and they didn't give it back or the receipt until after the service was completed. Also, the receipt had scribbles for the signature and not by me. They charged me $235 for just an oil change. When I asked why, I was given the runaround about their Pensoil Synthetic not meeting manufacturer specifications and I would void my warranty, so they had to use a different oil. ... read more
