Ray was here today to greet me with a smile and kindness. I was on a roadtrip headed home needing an oil change and air filters changed. He informed me of steps they were doing as they moved to each area of the car to make sure I was aware of what needed tending to. Wish we had a “Ray” back home at our local Jiffy Lube. He made my tough morning into a much better and brighter one

Mike & Ryan took amazing care of me and my Corolla. Awesome vibes, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! I’ll definitely be making the drive from Ithaca from now on for my oil changes :) Edit: I wanted to revisit this because days later I am still thinking about this experience. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years and the level of service provided by the team at this Jiffy Lube was TRULY outstanding. Gage was very helpful and Mike made sure my valve stem was no longer leaking so I can continue to do my job.
