Vanessa helped me today and was very kind. I came in to get my blinker light replaced and, because I had been in recently, she completed the service free of charge and even topped off my fluids and checked my tires. Above and beyond for a simple visit. I was very impressed!
Greeted very nicely. Asked what they could do for me. Did all I asked, offered cold water since it was hot. Explained all work they did. Let me know about the top off free service if my oil got low and intervals for different things on my truck. All and all they make me feel comfortable bringing all my cars to them. Thank you Jiffy Lube!
