I went in for a simple oil change a couple of months back, and they did change it. But in the process broke the turn signal switch on my Ford f-150. And then they proceeded to not tell me about it and just gave me the keys as if nothing happened. Thinking back they did give me a discount for no reason (again they didn't tell me they broke something) and some of the employees looked suspicious. Cost me 200 dollars to repair. Safe to say it's the very last time I ever come here or to any Jiffy lube in my life.
