I was charged $800 by Jiffy Lube MANITOWOC (4016) for services that were not performed, and when I requested an explanation, they ignored me and tried to cover it up. I have documentation and have filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC. I hope corporate sees this and corrects it.
I had a nail in my side wall and wasn’t repairable but the team was very helpful for putting my full sized spare on so I can get back to work fast 😎
Had to get a new tire put on a rim and balanced. Already had the new tire and had my donut tire on so I was able to just bring in the rim with the bad tire and have it swapped out and what not. But I called at least 10 different places all of which quoted me in the neighborhood of $30-35, some of which could've got me in the next day, most of which acted as if answering my phone call alone was a job I should've paid for and as if my small little tire job was more of an annoyance than anything else.
