It was my first time but service was great, nothing to complain about. The staff kept me in the loop of things. The wait time was good too.
Today I visited this location for a routine oil change. Everything seemed to go smoothly—until I got home and noticed something that had never happened before with my truck. My vehicle is a relatively new 2025 Toyota Tundra with only 30,000 miles. I found an oil stain on my driveway, which immediately raised concern. I visited this location on July 2nd and they overfilled the engine with oil. I made the complaint and they say that I should not move the car and started to say that my engine has a recall, that it has problems. What does it even have to do with the overfill? I only wanted an oil change. Stop trying to take money giving services that no one asked 👎
I went in for an oil and filter change. While I was waiting, an employee came in with the cabin filter broken and told me that it “came out like that,” claiming it happens over time and that they didn’t break it. This has never happened to me before, including at my last visit to the Kissimmee location. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone
Service was great but the prices are set way too high on synthetics here as it's Pennzoil - I am kicking myself for not setting an appointment somewhere else that'd done it at a fraction of the price with a less flashy oil but oh well Staff was solid all around tho. Unfortunately I can't repeat business here because you can get a full synthetic way cheaper elsewhere with the same solid service
