Shoutout to the team at Jiffy Lube for going above and beyond during my recent visit! While getting an oil change, a small plastic fitting was accidentally damaged — partly due to those famously fragile Ford plastic fittings haha. What impressed me most was how the team handled it. They took full responsibility, acted fast, and made sure everything was fixed properly so I could get back on the road as soon as possible.
