This is a great business. Every time I go in, I’m greeted with friendly, helpful staff. They work quickly and with care. 100% would recommend them to anyone!
Went in to ask a question and was met with hostility and sarcasm. Not a very great way to greet customers the first time they visit your location. Will for sure go elsewhere before ever going to this location
I had a really frustrating experience here. The staff were condescending and over-explained everything in a way that felt sexist, like I didn’t know my own vehicle. They also damaged a part of my truck and then tried to blame it on a “pre-existing leak” that absolutely did not exist before my visit. I gave this place another chance even though years ago an employee called my car a “shitbox.” I can joke about my own car, employees shouldn’t. Rude staff and zero accountability.
