Great service
It was fast service , clean , and the staff were friendly and professional .
Horrible experience, don’t even know if I got the right oil , whether they checked the fluids or not. Was never told that. They put on the wrong windshield wiper and then told me that it was fine when it wasn’t. It never checked the tire pressure and a period to find out that my back driver side tire was very low. I would never recommend Jiffy Lube to anybody.
100+ dollars for an oil change after tax coming to 134 is outrageous for a full synthetic change. When checking my cabin filter the techs were unsure of how to release the glove box completely, and when taking out the screws one of the techs dropped one into the compartment by the filter and lost it. The dude who was in charge put one of the two screws back in. I realized he had only put one of the two back in and I found it myself in the compartment before I left.
