This jiffy lube store cheats the customers, if want get cheated then go there, I went there for a oil change, I asked for signature service, in the signature service oil filter is included and they charged me extra for oil filter, when I asked them why did charge me extra for oil filter, they said Kia and Hyundai filters are not included in the signature service, so I checked the website but couldn’t find that, so I asked them to give me a written confirmation that what you said, they refused to do that, after that they star... read more
Had to go 4 times due to always busy. So that says alot about them. Finally got in my fifth time. Was in and out in about 15 to 20 mins. Only thing was I asked about if they would check thw windshield washer. They said they ran out. And gave me a $10 discount. But I can't help wonderful if I didnt ask what would have happened. Other than that all good.
