I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for years now! Truly a wonderful & consistent team! Shoutout to Takoda - he's helped me out nearly everytime I have came in. I walked in today and was able to get multiple services done (Oil change, transmission fluid change, tire roation, air filter change) in an hour! Liberty walked me through everything I needed to know. I'd recommend this location specifially to anyone.
I went in for an oil change when they were short-staffed. The two team members created a calm and efficient work environment. They communicated well with each customer and under-promised yet over-delivered.
Changing my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. Was quoted $1,000.00 for my cv axles, ended up paying $3700. My cv axle broke 6k miles later when its a 12k mile warranty and 12 months. Lil Peter said it doesn’t fall under warranty cause they installed it right and cv axles just don’t break. Now I have to wait for court to get my money back as well as extra money. Do not use this company! I’m also a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars in that place. This is just the start of bashing this business.
