I needed my oil changed, so i decide to go to Mr Carwash oil change service, i hate going to these places because they can't seem to do the right, so after ,,,$125.00 oil change, i go home and the next morning i looked under my truck and there's oil puddle, so i thought it was residue on the pan and plug and clean it and next morning there's oil puddle, i made sure the plug was tight and it was. I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube today! The oil change was quick and efficient, as always, with friendly staff who made the process smooth and stress-free. Afterward, I decided to get a car wash, and it was the perfect way to wrap things up. The gentleman manning the car wash station today went above and beyond with his customer service. Before I forget I wanted to write a review for this place, but I need to add the 2 names later that helped me. These guys rock. I was in trouble, and on my way to the airport when my car started having some issues. I know jiffy lube isn't a mechanic shop but these guys were super knowledgeable and were over the top helpful and nice. They really went out of their way to help me Get back on the road and catch my flight for a family vacation. I owe all the fun we had to them, because I would have been lost and late.
