Worst experience ever at a lube shop!!! 1st of all they do not follow simple customer instructions. Second of all employees engage in dangerous horseplay. Third of all they put their dirty filthy hands on you and soil your clothes. And worst of all! Management thinks it is perfectly fine behaviour and does nothing about it to rectify the situation. Do not got to Jiffy Lube Stratford! They ARE NOT professional at all!

Worst experience ever !!!!!!!! I specified I did not require a tire pressure check as I had just done one before I left home (and my tire pressures were exactly 32 PSI as specified by the manufacturer). An employee named Russ got all bent out of shape saying" What am I not good enough to check your tire pressure?!"
