Massive shout out to Russ who was kind, patient & informative without being pushy. He truly made my entire experience at Jiffy Lube a memorable one. That man deserves a raise!
Came to jiffy lube with my best mate Sarah and let me tell you it was a massively great experience and you know why because of Russ. What a wonderful human being he is, those are the types of people that you really hope for when it comes to doing something that is a little difficult. Neither of us are car girls, and he guided us with kindness but also made us laugh and smile the entire time. We will be back and hopefully we will see Russ every time.
Very good customer service.
Worst experience ever at a lube shop !!! 1st of all they do not follow simple customer instructions. Second of all employees engage in dangerous horseplay. Third of all they put their dirty filthy hands on you and soil your clothes. And the worst of all! The management/owner thinks it is perfectly fine behaviour and do nothing about it to rectify the situation. Do not got to Jiffy Lube Stratford! They ARE NOT professional at all!
