The lady I spoke with about a service I needed was rude. I can understand her why behind her answer but she could have responded differently. I normally don't say what I'm not ever going to do but I can say this with complete certainty, I will NEVER go to a jiffy lube again.
Reasonably priced in and out in 10 minutes I just had the basic oil change
Had a tire issue after grocery shopping, had cold and frozen food in car. Stopped at Mavis tire and brakes (Red Bank) who would not help me without an appointment and had three cars on the books. How do you make an appointment for a flat tire and no spare with cold food in car. Jiffy Lube was right around the corner so I took a chance and they were eager to help me out. Thanks a lot guys, a tow truck would have been costly.
