Great customer care and service.
Went here to get an inspection for Uber. The guy pulled my car into the bay. Then had a guy get into it covered in grease without covering the seat or the floor. He got grease all over my new car. Also he didn't release the parking brake. You could literally smell my brakes burning. When I asked him if he noticed, he said no...even though the alarm was going off. Jiffy Lube continues to go downhill. DON'T USE THEM!!!
