I gave them 5stars because they took care of my care since from the day I visited their auto service center
Stopped by for a quick oil change, as per their business model. After about 20-30 minutes, they came in and apologized for the wait- something about a new tech who didn’t know what they were doing, but they were on track now and it should be about 15 minutes…. I was hesitant about using the restroom, but as we are now going on an hour, I had no choice. It was disgusting.
