Waited for over 30 minutes for inspection. Car came in AFTER me for oil change and was done before me. REAL POOR SERVICE.
Spoke to Noah assistant manager who was able to get me in immediately. Straight forward pricing and expectations set regarding wait time. Added unplanned service while there and all in all good experience.

Absolutely horrible service and communication. They strip my bolt rotating my tires and expect me to come back in everyday to see if they have a spot open to fix it instead of communication a day and time to fix there mistake. Going on day 4 and everyday they say they can’t get me in for another hour. Worst jiffy lube I’ve been to by far.
