The associates at Jiffy Lube were highly supportive and engaging. While in the facility they were informative and knowledgeable about the situations and circumstances brought to them. The only issue I had was that after having my service done, there was a sound I hadn’t heard before, and when I called to give notice of this issue, no one was available. I went in for an oil change and came out with new brake pads for my rear wheels. So, I’m thankful for the service. The employees were also courteous and knowledgeable. So glad they were looking out for me as I’m taking a road trip soon. Safety first!!
Employees were very nice and worked quickly. They communicated with me about what they would recommend. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful everyone was!!
