Come to find out that some shade tree mechanics were half working on my car and I’m now $4,000 in the hole on what could’ve been a simple fix with someone who is actually experienced. This company has zero regard for customer service or satisfaction, which stretches well beyond to the employee side as well. Always forcing shady practices onto technicians, if the techs aren’t doing it themselves. Performing damaging procedures on vehicles with no worry to the outcome. I hate to write this review since they’ve done a good job for the year I’ve been taking my cars here, but last time I took my car in for an oil change, the pistol I had in my front seat went missing. Furthermore, after bringing it to the attention of the store management, I’ve heard nothing back regarding their investigation. Needless to say I won’t be returning there or any of their partner businesses.
My car broke down and had zero oil in it. My reminder sticker from my last oil change here says I’m not due for several thousand miles. I called to check when my last service was and confirm when I was due. I was told I have to bring my car in for them to scan in order to pull up the info. When I told him I couldn’t do that because it was broke down with zero oil in it and they were the last oil change I got, he was able to pull up my account immediately with my phone number.
