terrible service. rude management. the lady at the front always has an attitude for no reason. I always come in nice and she’s rude every time. They tell you 10-15 minutes then they mess around for 20 minutes and your car might be ready in 25-30 minutes. Just go somewhere else tbh. Sometimes i pull up and nobody is even there and then after 5 minutes of waiting they all come scurrying around to the front to talk to me. WARNING: Worker carelessly enters wrong milage in system! This devalues the car when you sell it as car-buyer systems are 100% automated (Even if they enter "notes" to band-aid it) They then tell YOU to call CARFAX yourself?! They won't call Carfax to correct the mistake! How many victims unknowingly sold cars for losses based on these errors? No apology, no credits = bad business.
Horrible place, just got my car out of the mechanic shop due to multiple dash lights coming on. I had no oil filter and no oil. I have been a loyal customer here for the past year, no one else has touched my vehicle for oil changes during this time. They just cost me $650 and lucky it didn't seize my engine. Thanks for having a single mom spend extra money I don't have. I will never go here again and I will definitely spread the word about your trashy ways.
Definitely one of the best jiffy lubes I've been to. Prices were decent. Employees were very helpful and the place was running very smoothly highly recommend
