Terrible. Waited much longer than expected or advertised . When I paid they didnt have money to give me correct change. But the worst is that come my next oil change...I find out that they welded the oil pan plug in because they had stripped in when doing the oil change. When I realized what happened they said there was no way I could prove it. Will never go back and would recommend not using them.

Over $100 for an oil change when a local mechanic can do it for $50. Promptu in Claremont also does them for $50 - $60 and is just as fast.
