After running over something on the interstate and watching tire pressure rapidly drop, I stopped in at Town Fair Tire in West Lebanon, NH for assistance. It was 20 minutes before closing, and after understanding my issue the tech did not hesitate to help me. Fast and efficient! Great experience! Will be back!
I waited for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. I was then in the bay for 40 minutes. I finally had to ask what was going on, and they didn't seem to realize that no one was working on my car. They didn't change any other fluids, didn't air my tires, I don't know if they really filled up my car with oil. All for 106 dollars.
I’ll always have good thoughts with this Jiffylube. Big Ty, Ty, Anthony, and Jacob are stand up guys.
“15 minute oil change” took an hour, and then they left is in the car when they were done, forgetting to take our payment method. Sat waiting for them to run the credit card for another 10 minutes. The young man was clearing trying his best, but absolutely baffling to experience start to finish
