Chase, the manager lied to me about the engine they had to replace in my car because a tech from another jiffy lube blew up my engine over putting in a sensor. 6 weeks later, lie after lie from Chase, the manager. I finally got my car back. Not at all satisfied because his techs got oil and grease all over my car on the inside and outside and took no responsibility for it. Just received an oil change, this Veteran's Day, at the Hazel Dell, WA location. All were very respectful and the entire team were a well oiled machine (pun intended) in accomplishing their tasks. There was no pressure or up selling, only informative recommendations. A job well done!

Low customer service skills. I went to get my oil changed and my breaks replaced and car started SHAKING when at freeway speeds. When I came back to them to address the problem, they seemed annoyed and irritated that they had to deal with me.Well screw you guys... maybe you should have done your job right the first time. You have wasted my time. And put my life and car in danger. Never coming back again. Its not normal for your car to shake like that, and I have the right to be a little ticked off.
