Took vehicle in to get emissions tested. They said it would take 5-10 mins. After 20 mins I went to check on the status and they said "Oh we didn't even know that car was there." Then they said it would still be another 30-40 mins. I decided to leave instead of waiting. I went to leave and they had rolled down the driver side window and left the vehicle in the rain. I had water all over inside of my car! Horrible customer service, I spoke to the manager and he didn't seem to care about me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
