Horrible experience! Waited 30 minutes to be told they don't have conventional oil (lowest priced) and had to choose a higher priced oil. I figured I went a little over so this would be good for my car. I asked about a promotion where I could get 4 oil changes that I could come back and just get it serviced. Wow I checked everybody's review about this place, especially 5 locations in California too, makes me think twice I don't want them fix my car, I was about to have them fix my transmission was leaking, what I don't understand why didn't anybody contact the business Bureau or better yet contact the news ppl like Fox13, or 4news ect to have them to be undercover customers? I seen it happen in California and they got busted big time, now here in Utah are being rip off/scammers.
This location sucks big balls. I honestly could do a better job than any of those mechanics. Or that manager. I have no idea who trained them. The service is horrible. There is never anyone there and you will literally wait for like 2 hours to get your oil changed or a rock chip repaired. They don't even know how to put a cabin air filter in correctly. You guys really need to work on your customer service and stop trying up charge people on every stupid little thing
When I pulled in there was only one car in the bay. I asked for a ture rotation and oil change. It took an hour. At least 3 other customers were in and out during that time. They then took a break and told me that they just had to move a car out of the way to bill me out. Then they told me I had an oil leak, nope an oil leak and transmission leak, nope just a transmission leak. Very very very very disappointed. Should have just let walmart do it.
