Worst Jiffy Lube I've ever been to – If you want a bad experience changing your oil go here. We've unfortunately been here 3 times because it's the closest one to our house and we for sure reason forget how bad it is until we go back again. Never again! Terrible customer service, rude/arrogant employees, they're slow, and you leave feeling you've been taken. Go to the one more east on the same road - much, much better. However, I'm thinking of not using Jiffy Lube anymore due to my terrible experiences at this one.

Liars! – The location on 3300 South and Main Street pulled out the fuses for my brake lights and wanted me to pay them to replace the lights (I found this out when I got home and noticed the fuses were not pushed all the way in. Once they were, the lights worked fine). Stay Away – Went for an oil change and came out with a headache and a need for a new oil pan. They stripped my plug and claimed to have fixed it. No such luck. My car is still pouring out oil and I now have to get a new oil pan. I've always given Jiffy Lube the benefit of the doubt, even after hearing multiple horror stories, but I now have one of my own to tell. Go elsewhere.
