There's a young man in there that completely changed my outlook on Jiffy Lube. Took his time to explain to me in details what he was doing to the car. He went above & beyond to make sure all of my fluids were ok, to the extent of doing a complete walkthrough of the car fluids. I only went there for top-off service. Walked away with bunch of knowledge, suggestions on what to do to the issues on my car... ... and he found a way to give me a big discount. His name is Andy!
