I was actually impressed with the jiffy lube in Highland. It is close in the past had great customer service. Until today when the lady who was ringing me up charged me $37 more for the same service I have been doing on the same truck for the past year. I asked her why she was charging me the extra and she told me, "I've worked here for 3 years and it's always been that price." Was in and out of there in no time at all. Best customer service!
They discovered they stripped out my oil pan plug the previous time I was in. They still charged me full price and sent me on my way. What had happened to businesses ethics in this country? Now I have a leak.
