Went in for service on 4/18/10. I was told ont he phone transfer service was $59. After I arrived. They had two complaints they were dealing with. The manager refused to come to the counter and help with the problem. He stayed in the bay. The customer service rep had to go back and fourth. He asked the manager to come to the counter and he declined! The customers left very upset that Jiffey lube broke their stuff on service.
