Saddened by the decline of this location. Arrived for oil change and car wash at 8:45 am. The sign says 10 minute oil change. When I got out I was told it would be 30 minutes (there was only one car ahead of me), and 3 employees....45 minutes later I'm still waiting. I've gone out asking how much longer, and been told I'm next. Don't advertise something you can't provide.
Ohh My Gosh, Do Anybody Have Great Customer Service!. I went There and Seems like everybody needs some Coffee but This African American girl was such a sweet heart, with Great Customer Service on 4/26!. I Salute The Best to hun, But That Mechanic that had check my Car automotive is not for you more like Anger Management����!. And My God Bless you to see More Days, Racism is not The Key to Success!.
Their service was horrible. However, it was a very friendly African-American Woman who was able to help me as much as she could. But all the guys that work there have very nasty attitudes and don't seem to be interested in providing good customer service. I will not be back�
