I’ve been multiple times for a safety inspection on a new vehicle and they can never fit it in. Always meet me in the parking lot to tell me they can’t. Called Apex Inspection Center and told me to come right over.

This JL charged me for an inspection, told me they did it and sent me away. When I insisted on getting the inspection sheet, the guy said I had a blown fuse and their equipment couldn't connect, so they didn't do the inspection. He voided the charge. But first he took my money and lied about doing the work. I honestly believe it was because I was wearing a Make America Great Again hat. After many years, I can no longer trust this Jiffy Lube.
Just moved here and this place is great! They could not perform a service because they did not have correct fluid but said if I brought it in they would. Saved me so much money and time. Great crew working there!!!
