Workers left black smear marks on my driver and passenger seats. I have a brand new Subaru Outback with light-colored leather interior. I was very upset. The assistant manager said he would "file a QCRI" with their district office and call me back. He never called me back. The next day I called and another manager answered, and callously told me that the regional office would be calling me "3 to 5 days after the QCRI report is processed." Not acceptable.
